Session Boundaries I reserve the right to cancel any session without refund if the engagement involves harassment, disrespect, requests outside my scope of expertise, or anything that compromises the integrity of the work. This protects both parties.

IP & Recording All frameworks, systems, and methods shared remain the proprietary intellectual property of the consultant. Payment covers guidance only. No redistribution, resale, or commercial use permitted.

Session recordings, video audits, and any derivative content may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, synthetic media generation, or any technology designed to replicate, mimic, or simulate the consultant's likeness, voice, identity, or methodology. The consultant's face, voice, and personal identity are explicitly excluded from any form of AI modeling, deepfake generation, or biometric replication.

Any use of session content for harassment, stalking, coercion, impersonation, identity theft, or deceptive purposes constitutes a material breach of these terms and may be subject to civil and criminal liability under applicable law, including but not limited to computer fraud, identity theft statutes, and anti-stalking legislation. The consultant reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms in full and acknowledge that initiating legal action against the consultant does not waive the consultant's right to pursue independent legal remedies, including criminal charges, against any party who violates these terms.
